| Description |
Specific objective of the project is the development of a web-oriented application (e-portal) with the following mandatory characteristics:
- The e-portal application has to be based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with web services;
- The e-portal application has to provide a high interoperability through the implementation of Standards and Protocols such as XML and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP);
- High scalability of the e-portal application has to be ensured.
- The e-portal application shall provide web-services for exchanging information towards governmental agencies (G2G), business operators dealing with personal data (G2B), citizens (G2C) as well as other databases in BiH in fully compliance with interoperability specifications.
- The e-portal has to be compliant to BiH legislation concerning information exchanging.
- The e-portal application shall be integrated into the existing IDDEEA Information Technology infrastructure

The Project Leader will be responsible for timely and quality delivering of project outputs and in conjunction with IDDEAA Project Manager he/she will be responsible for solving the day-to-day problems related to the effective implementation of the projects.
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other technological fields dealing with planning, developing and implementing Web-Portals and information service solutions;
General professional experience
- At least 10 years experience in project management related to Web-Portals and information service solutions.
Specific professional experience
- At least 5 years experience in the field of projecting, developing, programming, and implementing Web-Portals and information service solutions;
Expert 2, Database expert (junior)
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- University degree related to Computer Science/Information Technology or other technological fields dealing with Database designing and administration;
General professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering Database management systems.
Specific professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in SQL programming language, transaction and procedures building.
Expert 3, Web developer and DBMS Expert (Junior)
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- University degree related to Computer Science/Information Technology or other technological fields dealing with Database designing and management as well as with Web oriented applications developing;
General professional experience
- At least 3 years experience in the field of composite web based information system solutions as in the most widely used Web Portal and e-service application technologies;
Specific professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in designing web-oriented application. Wide knowledge and experience on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML and SOAP implementation.
- At least one Certification in Web Application technology or in e-services business solutions.
Web developer Expert
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- University degree related to Computer Science/Information Technology or other technological fields related to developing web-oriented applications;
General professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering modern web-oriented applications and information systems;
Specific professional experience
- At least 3 years experience in the field of Web Applications development.
- Experience in e-government web services design.
